Video Generation API
One POST to submit, then poll for the result. All video models share this async API.
Video models share one API key and base URL with chat models, but the call is asynchronous: submit to get a task id, then poll for the result.
1. Submit

2. Poll

3. Image-to-video
Same submit endpoint, with a first-frame image (URL or base64):

Image-driven tiers are priced differently from text-only; the Model Plaza price table is authoritative. Billing is resolution tier × duration.
